PRICE QUOTES AND BOOKINGS

While we accept requests for quotes and bookings by phone, mail, and fax, the most efficient way is via email. Through email you can communicate your ideal scenario inclusive of departure city and date, what cities you want to visit and when, and your return date. Upon receipt of your email, it will be assigned to one of our travel counselors specializing in your requested destinations. The travel counselor will do the research for your itinerary and get back to you with the information s/he has found.

*Note: For all quotes and requests regardless of format i.e. phone, fax or email, it is preferred that you include departure and return dates along with routing information. Some routings may include destinations with limited connections, i.e. once a week flights in or out. So your start and end dates are critical in building the itinerary.

Be sure to include your daytime phone, fax, and mailing address with your quote request to facilitate easy communication and completion of your booking.

TICKET VALIDITY TIMEFRAMES

Most Around-the-World and Circle-the-Pacific tickets are valid for up to one year from the issuance date of the tickets. However round trips to one destination usually have some time frame involved.

Please ask your travel counselor about your ticket validity when making a reservation.

LENGTH OF STAY REQUIREMENTS

There is no minimum or maximum stay in any of the individual destinations. Your length of stay is determined by your travel plans, the frequency of flights of the airlines involved and overall ticket validity (i.e. maximum stay is often one year).

HIGH SEASON TRAVEL

We advise you to reserve your complete trip in advance if you are traveling in high season or for a limited amount of time. Advance reservations save you from scheduling conflicts and they enable you to complete your trip in the time you have.

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED

The first trans-Pacific or trans-Atlantic and for some routings, the final trans-Atlantic and/or trans-Pacific leg must be reserved in advance - - any changes to this reservation can result in a penalty. Other sectors can be reserved and changed without penalty; just contact the airline involved.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION

Confirmed reservations will be held for a maximum of two weeks. After two weeks they require rebooking. Allowing your reservations to lapse could risk the availability of your itinerary.

If for any reason you determine you will not be able to use a reservation you have made through one of our travel counselors, please call or email him/her to cancel it.
